Beginning with breathwork to slow your nervous system, this class combines gentle movement and enjoyable stretching to help you chill the f out. This is not a vinyasa flow or power pushup class, so don’t prepare to sweat. Led with gentle candlelight, palo santo, and ending with meditation and sweet sounds, this experience is all about finding some quiet time together. Good vibes only.
WHO: All are welcome! You do not have to be a Defined athlete to register for this class.
